A very caring place for health care. Even providing rides to those who don't or can't drive or get a ride to go for appts. Very caring Dr. I have who treats you as a person not a number!

I love most of the ppl at healthcare, my Dr is amazing! The only thing I don't like is this Tyler person who's been answering the phones lately, he's very short. You can tell in his voice that he does not care for his job. He sounds annoyed everytime I call. Maybe y'all should find another slot to put him in so he doesn't have to talk to actual ppl.

THANK YOU DR. PENNY JEFFERYS! Your a God send for my son who suffers terribly from social phobia & anxiety. He is sooo much better. He actually functions well again & sleeps good now as well as participates in family functions. And knowing you are there for him is the best piece of mind I've had in over a year & 1/2. Here's to you HEALTH CORE, keep up the great work. We pray for all of you. 😁 GOD BLESS!

Friendly staff and a quick way to get medications.. pharmacy located second floor same has Dentist clinic has it all very happy with it

This is a very nice and clean clinic, the staff was friendly. This was my first time using this clinic, but everything went according to plan as far as having a appointment, getting checked in and out.

I went to Grace med prior to my visit here... I have an injury on my foot that got athletes foot in it and turned into cellulitis... Something I am aware of but not having insurance and being unemployed.... I put it off ... Prior to my visit here I've always gone to Grace med and have always had bad experiences ... Last time I went they charged me 100$ to be seen .... I could lose my foot ... No offer of payment arrangement so if I was not fortunate enough to have someone in my life that paid for it ... I stay home and take care of my retired significant so I work I just don't get a normal paycheck I get spoiled and taken care of.... But I knew that would be an issue and at Grace med It was and to get an antibiotic (abx) to start caring for my foot I had to pay 100 up front... This place worked w me and gave me an affordable rate so that I could be seen ... I had gotten a week of abx from a friend prior following my visit at Grace med because I didn't want to pay another 100 ... The customer care at Grace med has always been rude ... This girl was so nice at the front desk ... And the people following from the nurse who recorded my info for the young girl who was one of the most compassionate and professional Dr's I've ever seen... Brittany your going to make a most wonderful Dr... I wish you the best in your life journey... Your going to make one hell of a difference in every life you touch... And not to leave out the pharmacy help both girls ... Kudos ... The pharmacist is as compassionate as the dr.... Thank you for caring and giving me a place to go for my healthcare ... I stopped going due to my choices ... Grace med is the worst ... And I'm really wondering if I didn't get ripped off by the front secretary who charged me 100$ for having no paycheck .... Both places were told the same thing ... I have no reason to feel ashamed or lie ... And Grace med has always made me feel like I should be ... And if I have to ever be unfortunate to be stuck going there again I will lie... And make my own paycheck ... That was so wrong

Great clinic... Fast check in. Courteous reception.. Very attentive Doctors on staff.. They also have Great Dental service and a Pharmacy on site.. I call it a great One Stop local community place

The Hispanic lady at the front is constantly talking bad about patients to other patients. She messed up my mom's date of birth and my daughter's on their files (2 separate occasions months apart) and blamed it on us and the way we scheduled. She automatically assumed I didn't speak english before I even said a word. If it wasn't for Dr. Friend and Dr. Williams being so great and attentive I wouldn't have gone back.

My care provider is excellent, Jeremy Hobson, but the front desk people are absolutely horrible. I waited on hold for 28 minutes and when she answered I mentioned it to her, she chuckled and said " Well I just got the call". If Jeremy wasn't so good a provider I would change doctor's. THEY REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE THE RECEPTION AREA, ITS GOTTA BE REFLECTING NEGATIVELY ON THE OVERALL SERVICE. I rate the rear part a 10 but up front is definitely FAILING!!!!!

I've been going there for two years I have a amazing PA Rickae Strack she is the most devoted Dr I've ever seen or had the pleasure to be seen by. She is very caring towards her patients she listens and will go above and beyond for you. The pharmacy there I also give a 5 the staff that work in there are very kind and very helpful and is so nice to not have to go elsewhere to pick up your script. My only complaint is the referral dept they take forever to get you seen by specialist it takes you calling to complain about it to get it done. I'm not sure if it's only one person working in that dept if it is then they need more help cause that place stays busy. I still will recommend this place.

It's ok. I love having my doctor, she just isn't in the office but one day a week. So, just a slight inconvenience.

Staff is courteous and helpful. One stop shop. Mental Health, Physical Health, Dentist, Addiction Counciling and Group therapy with out patient treatment for those who want help. Takes most insurance as well.

They also have a wonderful pharmacy open to the public! Also I want to add Dr. Kelly Wiliams is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She listens too. When I was sitting outside the office room looking quite sick, I'm sure, a delightful staff member said " keep your head up sunshine, you will get better"....a smile and a kind word go a long way!

I was amazed at the new Health Core facility! It offers so many types of services (medical, dental, mental health...) and is very accommodating for different languages/cultures. The space was large and clean and not intimidating. I loved it!

I saw Rickae Strack today and she was AWESOME! So professional and caring, she really made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. I had to do labs today as well and Stephanie was who took my blood, etc. I didn't even feel the needle she was so good, pretty impressive. I thought the whole visit was professional, fast, and full of care. The new building is so exciting. This is a great asset to the community and the region, I hope more people will go as this is truly a gem in the heart of Wichita.

The Drs. and Staff care very much abput their Patients, and really listen.

My experience has always been a good one. My family and I are very pleased. They have a friendly staff and are always giving the best take care advice. Thank you.
